Who is Benefiting from the 2014 Drop Your Drawers 5K?

Denver Children’s Home is Colorado’s oldest non-profit, and began as an orphanage. Today they provide countless services to children, ages 10 -18 who have experienced trauma and have at least one mental health diagnosis. They have residency and day-only programs for kids who have experienced some really tough hardships at home. The stories are heartbreaking. We have invited their kids in residency to come to the Zoo at 6:30.

Children’s Hospital is our favorite hospital. They were recipients of last year’s event, and were such great supporters we’ve asked them back. Many of their families arrive at the hospital in an emergency state, so the underwear is very beneficial for them.
